Ingredients:
- 2.00 Head romaine lettuce
- 2.00 Cup cooked chicken
- 4.00 Piece eggs
- 4.00 Ounce bacon
- 1.00 Piece avocado
- 1.50 Cup cherry tomatoes
- 0.50 Cup Greek yogurt
- 0.50 Cup parsley
- 0.25 Cup chives
- 2.00 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2.00 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Blend the yogurt, parsley, chives, lemon juice, olive oil, 2 tablespoons water, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth.
- Arrange the romaine on a large platter or divide it among bowls.
- Top with rows of chicken, eggs, bacon, avocado, and tomatoes.
- Season the eggs and avocado lightly with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with green goddess dressing and serve extra dressing on the side.
Notes:
- Thin the dressing with more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if needed.
- Cooked turkey works in place of chicken.
- Add the avocado shortly before serving so it stays bright.
