- 8.00 Ounce sourdough bread
- 2.00 Can butter beans
- 3.00 Tablespoon chili crisp
Instructions:
- Stir Greek yogurt with lemon juice, garlic, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
- Toast the bread until deeply golden and sturdy.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add butter beans in a single layer and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the edges blister.
- Season the beans with smoked paprika and a pinch of salt.
- Spread yogurt over the toast, then top with cucumbers, crispy beans, chili crisp, and parsley.
Notes:
