Ingredients:
- 1.00 Cup peanut butter
- 0.50 Cup honey
- 0.25 Cup unsalted butter
- 1.00 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2.50 Cup rolled oats
- 0.50 Teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.75 Cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment.
- Warm peanut butter, honey, and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, oats, and salt.
- Press the mixture firmly into the pan.
- Melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons peanut butter and spread over the oat base.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, then slice into bars.
