Instructions:
- Bring a saucepan of water to a gentle boil. Add eggs and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, then transfer to ice water.
- Stir cream cheese, Greek yogurt, scallions, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
