Ingredients:
- 0.50 Teaspoon black pepper
- 3.00 Cup baby spinach
- 0.75 Cup cheddar cheese
- 0.75 Cup scallions
- 10.00 Piece eggs
- 0.50 Cup milk
- 2.00 Teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
- 0.25 Cup dill
- 6.00 Ounce cream cheese
- 2.00 Cup potatoes
Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 375 F and grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- Whisk cream cheese with milk until mostly smooth.
- Whisk in eggs, black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Fold in spinach, potatoes, scallions, dill, and cheddar.
- Pour into the baking dish and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until set in the center.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes:
- Use room-temperature cream cheese so it blends into the eggs.
