Miso Brown Butter Dumpling Cabbage Skillet

Premium convenience is useful only when it still feels cooked.

Frozen dumplings do the heavy lifting here, but cabbage, miso brown butter, and scallions make the skillet taste intentional.

Cabbage is still a strong visual-search ingredient, and it earns its place by adding sweetness, volume, and texture.

The miso butter coats both the dumplings and vegetables without needing a separate sauce.

Brown the butter gently before adding miso.

If the pan is too hot, the miso can scorch; if it is warm and nutty, the sauce tastes deep instead of salty.
